The cancellation and refund policy applies according to the following conditions:

Right of Withdrawal for distance purchases
According to Law 2251/1994 (as amended by K.Y.A. Z1-891/2013) you have the right to withdraw without reason within 14 calendar days of receipt of the products and before the completion of the installation of the digital goods on the computer and/or on your tablet and/or on your mobile phone.

In order to exercise the above right, you must inform us in writing by sending your request to our email address info@akroasis.gr and return the products within 14 calendar days from the day on which you communicated the withdrawal.

It is obliged to confirm in writing the receipt of the withdrawal statement as soon as it receives it and either return the price it collected to you, or replace it. The condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal is the return of the product exactly in the perfect condition it was received, without the protective shipping packaging having been removed. In any case, the shipping costs are borne by the customer in full.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

In the service of offering digital books (ebooks), which are delivered by electronic mail when purchased online via a hyperlink (link) and are therefore defined as services.

Also, seminars and video drama performances, as well as any kind of spectacle, are not shown cancel their purchase, they are online services.
